The following is a quick checklist for being iPrepared for school each day.
- Ensure your iPad is fully charged before leaving for school each day. There will be some provision for charging at the school, but not for hundreds of students at a time. The iPad battery should last for 10 hours of normal use. Normal use includes reading documents, emails, browsing websites. High Battery Drain use includes playing videos, playing games and constant internet use like YouTube. The best time to charge your iPad is overnight.
- Ensure that you have all the necessary Apps for scheduled subjects already installed. If Apps are not installed, they will cause unneeded delays and frustration in the class room.
- Ensure that you have any needed documents from your home PC or Mac stored in your Dropbox so they are available while at school.
- Ensure that you have all the necessary eTextbooks available on your iPad, in the same way you would pack your bag with a paper textbook.
